Return & Exchange Policy


Due to COVID-19, as a safety precaution we can no longer accept any exchanges or refunds for products purchased on our online store or in salon. If your order is damaged or the wrong item, please contact us ASAP at shopping@duendesalon.com

What Do I Do If My Order Is Incorrect Or Defective?

If your order is damaged or you received the incorrect item, please contact shopping@duendesalon.com and we will assist you from there.

What Payment Method Can I Use?

We are accepting all payments made with Visa, Mastercard and Interac.


How Do I Contact Customer Service?

For customer service, please email reception@duendesalon.com. Our response hours are M-F 10am-5pm PST. We try our best to respond to all customer emails within 24 hours. Response times may delayed during holidays and long weekends.



How Long Will It Take To Process My Order?

It may take up to 24 hours to process your order (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed you will get an email notification.

How Much Is Shipping and When Will I Receive My Order?

We offer a flat $10 shipping fee for all orders to anywhere in BC.

Shipping is free for orders over $125.

Your order will be shipped via CanadaPost. Deliveries can take anywhere from 3-5 business days.

We also offer in store pick up for free! Please visit us at 175-625 Howe Street once you receive your email pickup notification.
